Event tracking

This call registers an event against a specific user. It is used to track user engagement with product features.

Key Usage Notes:

• The event field must be a clear, descriptive name using the Noun-Verb format (e.g., "Report_Created", "Account_Upgraded").
• Accoil does not accept event properties—only the event name is stored.
