This call registers an event against a specific user. It is used to track user engagement with product features.
Key Usage Notes:
- The
eventfield must be a clear, descriptive name using the Noun-Verb format (e.g.,"Report_Created","Account_Upgraded"). - Accoil does not accept event properties—only the event name is stored.
